About The Position
The Telecom Analyst will support business partners by managing telecommunications infrastructure, including the installation and maintenance of telephones, cellphones, and video conferencing solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in telecom technologies and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. The position is primarily remote with occasional in-state travel for client support.
