About The Position

Remote Telecare Registered Nurse First two weeks of in-person training will be required at NurseCom's corporate training center in Gilbert, AZ. Applicant will work remotely and must reside within 50-miles of Gilbert, Arizona. The NurseCom Telenurse-Triage RN must be multi-state licensed in Arizona in good standing. The RN may be required to be licensed in other states at NurseCom's expense. NurseCom RN's are responsible for providing after-hours clinical assessment, intervention, and safe clinical outcomes using the nursing process and client and triage protocols for inbound patient calls. Callers are patients, or caregivers of patients, who are on service with home health, home hospice, or home infusion agencies, medical provider companies, and ambulatory pump manufacturers, nationwide. Calls are managed and concluded within the scope of practice of telephonic care or endorsed to an on-call staff member of the agency the patient belongs to. NurseCom RN's do not make in-person patient visits. Will be trained on software system, ambulatory pumps, hospice care & philosophy, home health, and telephonic nursing process as they apply to NurseCom's workflow. Initial interview will be virtual. Requirements

  • must reside within 50-miles of Gilbert, Arizona

  • Must have secure internet access in a private work-from-home environment to connect NurseCom proprietary computer
