About The Position

The Tele Bus Manager - OCONUS position is responsible for managing the region's telecommunications wireless and bundled services business programs. This role involves conducting financial and operational analysis, preparing monthly business performance reports, and tracking results. The manager ensures the proper development and execution of marketing promotions, measures their effectiveness, and makes necessary adjustments. Additionally, the manager partners with e-commerce to manage and grow the business while identifying new opportunities. The position also oversees telecommunications contracting processes, including initiating contracts, identifying requirements, writing contracts, and ensuring compliance. The manager sets performance standards and requirements, leads the development and monitoring of the annual operating plan, and is responsible for strategic and operational goals as well as product marketing strategy. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• Six years of business management experience, including at least two years managing bundled services and/or wireless accounts.
• Region experience preferred.
• One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
• Or a Bachelor's degree and four years of business management experience, including at least two years managing bundled services and/or wireless accounts.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Project Management Professional Certificate is preferred.
