Provides a comprehensive array of professional services related to the identification, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of persons with auditory and balance disorders and the disabilities associated with them. Audiologists utilize evaluation, assessment, patient education and counseling tools to identify and provide non-medical management of disorders of the auditory, balance, and neural system. Audiologists work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. AuD or PhD in Audiology or an Audiologist practicing with a masters degree in audiology before August 2007. AUDIOLOGIST PRACTICE SPECIFICS Essentia Health is seeking Audiologists licensed in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin to perform remote telehealth hearing tests from their home/office starting Fall 2025. Like other telehealth platforms, patients will be roomed and set up in one of our current Audiology clinics while the remote Audiologist logs on. Once both patient and Audiologist are ready, the staff leave the room and return once the hearing test is completed to assist the patient to checkout. Initial schedules will be offered in flexible 4-hour blocks Mondays through Fridays. Competitive hourly compensation. Prefer minimum of four 4-hour blocks per month. Provide a comprehensive array of diagnostic audiology tests and rehabilitative services to patients of all ages Diagnostic testing: audiological, vestibular, and implant assessments, immittance, otoacoustic emissions, evoked potentials Rehabilitative services: implant programming, hearing instrument recommendations, selection and fittings, aural rehab and treatment for Benign Paroxysmal Positioning Vertigo
