The Teen Development Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Brandywine oversees the daily operations of our teen programs. This includes developing and implementing a full range of programming and services and facilitating strategic planning initiatives. The goal is to drive program growth and success, with a focus on workforce development, leadership and discovery, and college and career readiness. This role is responsible for the training and supervision of necessary staff, budget management, community outreach to foster strategic partnerships, and provide outstanding service to all members, program participants and partners. The Teen Development Coordinator will ensure that all YMCA of Greater Brandywine standards are being met and/or exceeded in direct correlation with the organization’s strategic vision and goals. The Teen Development Coordinator holds a pivotal role in the Chester County community, focusing on nurturing teenagers through tailored programs and activities while maintaining a safe environment where teenagers can thrive.
