About The Position

Primary Responsibilities Ensure all youth and teen programs comply with data standards, reporting requirements, contract performance commitments, and outcome goals. Design recruitment flyers and promotional materials to engage youth in the community. Collaborate with staff to develop communication materials for prospective participants, including program overviews, eligibility criteria, and benefits. Develop and implement effective youth recruitment strategies. Promote youth and parent involvement by gathering feedback on services and programs. Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including configuration and customization to meet organizational needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and program data across Salesforce, CitySpan, CBPS, and other program databases. Partner with Xiente leadership to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data stories to support organizational decision-making. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce and troubleshoot system issues. Prepare and maintain monthly data and reports required for program support and grant compliance, ensuring accuracy across all platforms. Meet all operational, informational, and data-related deadlines. Maintain updated bulletin boards with essential notices, procedures, and guidelines. Requirements

  • Data Management: Experience maintaining accurate records and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Communication: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain standards, requirements, and eligibility.
  • Graphic Design: Experience creating flyers and promotional materials; proficiency with Canva preferred.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks following established procedures.
  • Salesforce: Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred; willingness to pursue Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Experience: Minimum one year as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role with proven data management expertise.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Confidentiality: Must maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
  • Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable working with youth and young adults in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Clearances: Ability to obtain PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, FBI, and National Sex Offender clearances.
  • Health Requirements: Ability to obtain required health clearances every two years and a TB test.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
