About The Position

The Teen Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento is responsible for planning and implementing enrichment activities and programs for teen members. This role involves supervising daily activities across five core program areas: The Arts, Health & Life Skills, Education & Career Development, Sports, Fitness & Recreation, and Character & Leadership Development. The position is full-time and requires working in person at the Rancho Cordova Youth Center.

Requirements

• Experience working with teens in a recreational or educational setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage with diverse groups.

Nice To Haves

• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience in program development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Plan group objectives and implement enrichment activities and programs for teen members.
• Supervise daily activities for teen Club members.
• Engage teens in the assigned 5 Core program areas: The Arts, Health & Life Skills, Education & Career Development, Sports, Fitness & Recreation, and Character & Leadership Development.
