About The Position
The Level 2 Technical Writer is responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents related to software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation. This role involves writing and editing technical documentation for hardware and software, including installation and configuration guides, user manuals, and implementation guides. The Technical Writer will collaborate with developers and technical personnel to produce quality documentation and training materials, ensuring that complex technical information is presented clearly and comprehensibly to a wide audience.
