About The Position
In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, IT Vendor Management is crucial for ensuring that organisations effectively leverage external partnerships to optimise their service delivery, achieve strategic goals, maximize value, and mitigate risk. This role is responsible for the management of activities related to the relationships and performance of technology vendors who provide IT products and services to Pearson. The individual will build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help the business deliver both tactical and strategic directives. They will support the wider Technology Procurement team on key projects and process initiatives across the category when required. Location: This is a hybrid role and will require the successful candidate to work from our Durham, North Carolina office 3 days per week.
