Requirements

• Experience in technology transactions, particularly in high technology commercial transactions.
• Substantive experience with drafting and negotiating complex licensing arrangements.
• Experience with artificial intelligence counseling and deployments.
• Knowledge of software and content licensing.
• Familiarity with partnering and distribution agreements.
• Experience with application hosting and cloud hosting services.
• Understanding of intellectual property development and technology transfer relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Experience advising on transactional privacy and compliance matters.
• Knowledge of the emerging regulatory environment for artificial intelligence systems.
• Experience with open source software counseling.
