Requirements

• Associate's degree required, or 3 years of applicable experience in customer service and technology in lieu of education.
• 2 years experience in technical support or customer service preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required with a good driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in the latest mobile and end-user computing technologies.
