About The Position
Woburn's Technology Support Specialists provide front line support for hardware and software applications to all school and district staff and students on a daily basis. As a critical member of the district's technology team, the Technical Support Specialist prioritizes and accurately responds to help desk tickets and ongoing projects as coordinated by the IT Operations Manager, and conducts ongoing maintenance and maintains inventory records.
