Technology Support Specialist, Part-Time

Provides technology support for students, faculty, and staff on a part-time basis. Assists users with technology resources, including hardware, software, network connections, technology accounts, and University systems. Responsible for audiovisual issue resolution in classrooms and in public areas during meetings and special events. The working hours for this position are Monday - Wednesday from approximately 6:00pm - 9:00pm, and some limited flexibility may be available. This position is also expected to work during limited evening and weekend events when requested and scheduled in advance.
