About The Position
The City of Springdale is currently accepting applications for the position of Technology Support Specialist - Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Information Technology who are seeking hands-on experience in an entry-level IT Help Desk environment. The selected intern will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support across City departments through the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, hardware, software, and other related infrastructure. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Key Information: Hours: Minimum of 24 hours per week, up to a maximum of 29 hours per week. Schedule: All hours must be worked within regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding most City holidays. Duration: This is an internship position; hours and schedule can be flexible to accommodate ongoing education or transition to the workforce.
