We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Technology Support Services Manager. The Technology Support Services Manager (TSSM) will be on our College Technology Services team. The TSSM is responsible for providing technical expertise, leadership, administration, and supervision of the technical support services personnel. This position will ensure that the quality of technology services delivered to administrative and instructional clients is maintained at acceptable levels. This role will be an integral part of cybersecurity and will foster and maintain effective teamwork across the operational groups and support collaborative partnerships across the institution with associated stakeholder communities. The Technology Support Services Manager will report directly to the Executive Director of College Technology Services. This is a full-time and exempt position. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 annually. The priority consideration date will be March 7th, 2025.
