Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in a bachelor's program with a Management Information Systems, Information Technology or computer science major.
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
• Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2027.
• 3.0+ GPA.

Nice To Haves

• HTML/CSS; PowerBi; Excel; Microsoft Access.
• Infrastructure support experience either through internships or course work.
• Military-affiliated applicants encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, Guard/Reservists).
• Have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Streamline processes and centralize documentation using Confidence, a third-party integrated application.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Playbooks to establish consistent server support procedures.
• Develop and implement effective disaster recovery strategies.
• Handle system installation, configuration, and monitoring while ensuring security management.
• Troubleshoot issues to optimize the utilization and protection of technological resources.
