About The Position

Facilitates the implementation of the technology initiative to enhance the teaching and learning process at the school level. Ensures that all activities conform to district guidelines. Presents a professional image when representing the school district through words, action and dress. Communicate effectively with members of the school district and community. Reacts to change productively and handles other tasks as assigned. Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary technical school preferred.
• Formal technology training or a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Strong communication skills - both oral and written.
• Experience using various computers and computer programs.
• Ability to use time efficiently and to work without constant direction.
• Must be able to treat confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion.
