This entry-level criminal justice position will monitor caseload of clients ordered to comply with Intervention technology including but not limited to electronic monitoring, monitored sobriety and/or GPS. Completes record keeping and compliance reporting. Support, promote and adhere to the mission, values and Code of Conduct of Intervention Inc. Reflect Intervention Inc.’s commitment to treating all persons with dignity and respect. Meet with new clients and explain program rules and regulations, deadlines, and client responsibilities and expectations. Enter client data into the Technology Management System and ICON. Hook wearable technology on clients, download information from wearable devices Maintain complete, accurate and timely case file, both paper and electronic, for each client on caseload. Assess and collect client fees, issue receipt to clients and secure payment appropriately Work with probation staff and/or criminal justice personnel on client issues and client staffing as directed by manager Monitor drug and alcohol tests, including UA monitoring of same sex clients. This position requires in-custody technology hookups in a jail setting.
