The Technology Sourcing Manager at EY is responsible for managing the procurement process for technology-related alliances, particularly focusing on the EY-Adobe Alliance. This role involves developing strategies for supplier relationships, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to navigate complex transactions to deliver exceptional client service and drive value for the organization.

  • Be a senior contributor on an Alliances Procurement team, aligned to one or more strategic Alliances.
  • Develop Alliance strategies for assigned suppliers in partnership with Alliance teams.
  • Stakeholder and supplier relationship management.
  • Act as a senior strategic leader/contributor and trusted business advisor, managing complex transactions directly or indirectly.
  • Manage full lifecycle of contracts for assigned programs of work and key suppliers.
  • Pro-actively manage contract negotiations for assigned projects.
  • Build and foster collaborative working relationships with internal business partners.
  • Support and lead stakeholders through the Onboarding of Alliances Goods and Services end-to-end process.
  • Socialize and facilitate the Procurement policy and processes, ensuring project teams and stakeholders understand and adhere to it.
  • Timely and frequent submission of management information, including project status and savings reporting.
  • Support Supply Chain Services' overall global strategies.
  • Facilitate market research to identify potential and develop existing Alliances, ensuring competitive pricing and terms.
  • 7 - 10 years' experience of Alliance procurement or equivalent multi-pillar relationship management, with an emphasis on technology sourcing.
  • Experience in a leadership position is a plus.
  • Business degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Combination of work and experience may be considered.
  • CPM (US), CIPS (UK) or similar Procurement certification is welcomed but not essential.
  • Good knowledge of IT suppliers and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working in an IT role as part of delivering technology solutions is a plus.
