By being part of our team, you will work Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 , in a remote way. How you will make an impact: Support sourcing & contracting projects across multiple IT Services and sub-categories in the English and Italian language; Engage with customers to drive and communicate progres; Independently manage low to medium value sourcing projects / obtain quotations and customer specifications incl managing simple RFP processes; Manage simple, standard contracting process with various IT suppliers with the support of Legal Counsel; Support Procurement related data and document management requirement; Independently manage price negotiations and ensure quality delivery of Statement of Work. Skill that make your work successful: A bachelor’s degree; Procurement sourcing experience of at least 1 year and an overall 3 – 5 years of work experience; Experience in sourcing or spot buying in the IT category preferred; Proven project management skills and ability to organize own work Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent communication, organization /time management and problem-solving skills; Knowledge and understanding of procurement sourcing and contracting processes will be a plus; Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree
Procurement sourcing experience of at least 1 year and an overall 3 – 5 years of work experience
Experience in sourcing or spot buying in the IT category preferred
Proven project management skills and ability to organize own work Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, organization /time management and problem-solving skills
Knowledge and understanding of procurement sourcing and contracting processes will be a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
