About The Position

The Senior Consultant is responsible for implementation, training, and support on accounting related software distributed by REDW.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience with relevant software.
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or Technology related subject
  • 2-3 years of experience with software implementation.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Technology related subject (preferred).
  • Experience with Software implementation and Sage Intacct (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Set-up and implement REDW software solutions provided to our clients.
  • Performs data conversions and provides training for clients.
  • Provides support to clients in the usage, and maintenance of their software programs as necessary.
  • Lead project planning and project management for software implementation.
  • Assists other team members with sales, marketing and miscellaneous assignments as required.
  • Assist in department’s business development.
  • Analyze company processes and provides advice for the accounting system setup.
  • Proactively identifies client needs and presents solutions.
  • Supports department leadership in annual strategy planning and setting.
  • Actively participates in team development.
  • Obtains and maintains business software certification for products as required.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
