Job Description: This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Overview: In-depth knowledge of bank technology risk and information security processes, standards and procedures A person in this role is responsible for planning, coordinating and completing application risk deliverables Key responsibilities include communicating technology risk objectives, coordinating and managing delivery, facilitating technology projects and programs across multiple teams, providing end-to-end visibility and status of the deliverables, and managing risk and compliance to standards, driving results to meet and exceed technology risk metrics Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets timelines As a Technology Software Owner, this candidate is going to: own one or more applications through tech risk delivery, and continuous improvement collaborate closely with development teams, QA, architecture, security, data, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value aligned to strategic objectives ensure robust governance and compliance, and champion technology risk mitigation and prevention This role is ideal for a risk-minded technologist who is comfortable with both business outcomes and technical depth

Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of bank technology and security processes, standards and procedures
  • 10+ years of large financial institution technology management, risk and controls experience such as Technical Program Management, Technical Risk Management, or Software Engineering roles
  • Comfortable discussing architecture, APIs/integrations, data models, cloud services (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD, observability, and security controls
  • Ability to translate requirements into actionable work (performance, scalability, reliability, security) and drive delivery
  • Metrics-driven mindset; adept at defining and reporting SPIs and other operational health indicators
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready status reporting
  • Influences without formal authority; facilitates decisions among diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
