JOB SUMMARY Works under the supervision of the Director of Technology Services or agency consultant, the Tier I Technician performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves basic system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts. Works independently and prioritizes work to be completed, referring only non-routine and more complex trouble shooting tasks to the Tier II and Tier III Technicians as needed.
