Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Application Production Support (APS) Engineer to support enterprise-scale web applications in production environment. This role involves on-call support, incident triage, root cause analysis, monitoring, and close collaboration with Application Development and Backend teams to ensure application stability, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Enterprise Web Application Development, or Application Production Support (APS) for enterprise systems
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • 2+ years of experience with Splunk and APM tools such as Dynatrace
  • 2+ years of experience using Linux/Unix commands for production support
  • Strong experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments
