Position Summary: This role offers an exciting opportunity to help lead the Equities Cash Execution support team within the AMRS region. The position will focus on leading a high-performing team to deliver and maintain critical electronic trading and connectivity capabilities that enable efficient and reliable execution for our clients. The leader will collaborate closely with global technology heads, regional business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless integration, innovation, and operational excellence across the trading stack.

Requirements

12+ years in electronic trading technology within Equities markets
Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of FIX protocol, trading infrastructure, and electronic execution platforms
Ability to guide technical decisions while being hands-on

Responsibilities

Execute the technology roadmap for Equities Cash Execution in alignment with global objectives and regional business priorities
Build, mentor, and lead a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and operational risk frameworks
Act as key technology partner for senior business leaders, driving transparency and alignment on priorities
Champion initiatives to enhance electronic trading capabilities and improve stability
Provide oversight for major incidents and ensure timely resolution and communication
