The position involves performing troubleshooting and inspections of customer equipment, as well as removing, repairing, and/or replacing components and parts on machines and electrical systems. The role requires working with customers and supervisory staff to maintain workflow and meet production requirements. Additionally, the candidate must read and interpret parts books, service manuals, and electrical system schematics, and provide written estimates to customers for installation and repair of technology equipment. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and utilize critical thinking skills to effectively solve problems and provide solutions is essential.
