Nice To Haves

  • Internship experience in civil drafting, telecommunications, or land development.

  • Basic understanding of civil infrastructure components (conduit, cabling, or Right-of-Way)

Responsibilities

  • Technical Design Review & Learning: Under the mentorship of senior staff, perform initial Quality Control (QC) reviews of OSP design packages, including trenching, duct banks, and utility coordination.

  • Project Coordination: Support Project Managers in tracking design review cycles, maintaining comment logs, and ensuring submittal deadlines are met.
  • Digital Tools: Utilize and update QC checklists and leverage digital project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, and internal dashboards) to monitor workflow efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in internal meetings to learn how design intent aligns with real-world field conditions and construction requirements.

Benefits
