About The Position

An OCI & AI IaaS Sales Executive works to identify, qualify, and deliver Oracle’s revolutionary OCI and Generative AI cloud products and solutions across the private or public cloud. Achieves or exceeds the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales consumption and booking goals for assigned products. Values collaboration and giving back by mentoring and coaching other team members Responsible for the territory and account plans to drive goal attainment in assigned territory. Coordinates with the other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies. Helps identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications. Becomes a trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision-makers. Track record of driving company programs and strategy into assigned accounts. Follows all companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit. Requirements

  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
  • Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
  • 8 years relevant work experience.
  • BS/BA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory.
  • Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities.
  • Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support.
  • Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share.
  • Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
