About The Position

KPMG is seeking a Technology Risk Manager to join its Advisory Services practice, which is currently experiencing significant growth. This role involves overseeing client engagements related to IT strategy, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to address evolving risks in technology.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in IT risk, cybersecurity, internal audit, or IT compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC preferred.
• Experience with IT risk consulting and internal controls engagements.
• Knowledge of IT governance and control frameworks like COBIT and NIST.
• Strong leadership and executive communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Enterprise technology vendor certifications from IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, AWS, ServiceNow, GitHub, Artifactory, Atlassian, or GitLab.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI-CD) pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day activities related to client engagements in IT strategy, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Review clients' IT processes and tools for security and resiliency, assessing capability maturity and identifying gaps.
• Work with client senior management to design and implement IT risk and control frameworks.
• Plan and lead meetings with engagement teams and clients.
• Supervise and provide performance management for staff resources on assigned engagements.
• Complete executive summaries and final reports for client senior management, documenting engagement workpapers.
