About The Position
Clearwater Analytics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technology Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our expanding Information Security team. This position is integral to driving compliance and assurance efforts within Clearwater, ensuring that our security practices align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in responding to third-party security assessments and supporting quarterly access review testing, which are critical components of our risk management strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating quarterly user access reviews and managing the communication of test findings with external auditors. You will assist in the preparation of responses to security-related inquiries in requests for proposals (RFPs) and customer assessments, acting as the first point of escalation for security and compliance questions from both current and prospective customers. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve reviewing third-party vendors for their security and compliance controls, evaluating proposed client engagement terms, and applying the company’s risk profile to provide necessary feedback and document any exceptions. You will also be tasked with identifying efficiency improvements in the security customer engagement process and communicating strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to all business partners. Your role will require you to take actions directed towards ensuring compliance across global business units with applicable frameworks. The ability to manage your time effectively to meet assigned deadlines and milestones is essential, as is the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
