The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling enterprise programs.
  • Extensive experience using AI tools and knowledge of GenAI industry trends.
  • Experience with corporate learning strategies, change management, or innovation hub design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and integrate emerging technologies that align with the organization's objectives, ensuring sustained innovation and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless integration of new technologies, promoting a culture that embraces change and technological advancement.
  • Organize and lead think tanks and innovation workshops to encourage creative problem-solving and the development of transformative ideas within the organization.
  • Drive comprehensive training programs to enhance employees' understanding and application of emerging technologies, ensuring the workforce is equipped to leverage new tools and methodologies effectively.
  • Address organizational challenges by applying innovative solutions, enabling teams to overcome obstacles and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop clear and engaging content to communicate the benefits and applications of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
