About The Position
COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Project Manager to join the Commercial & Agribusiness Insurance Application Development team. As a member of the team, you will work closely with other Program and Project Managers during the development and implementation of the new Guidewire PolicyCenter policy administration system supporting all commercial and farm lines of business. This key role will be primarily responsible for working with business partner teams to scope out and plan work, owning and driving execution of deliverables, creating and maintaining project schedules, reporting out status to stakeholders, and managing risks and issues. You will work closely with Business and Program Leadership and the System Integrator vendor to ensure successful delivery of all requirements and business deliverables required to support the program implementation. You will work with senior leadership to clear blockers and share the successes of the teams.
