  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in leading multiple complex projects.
  • Baseline understanding of ITIL/PMP processes (e.g., Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience working in a financial institution.
  • ITIL and/or PMP certification.
