About The Position

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years' experience in product management or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of related areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Business acumen to align product strategies with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with technology trends and market needs.
  • Experience with project management tools and product management software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly agile practices.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define the IT product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
  • Lead the team in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Technology Business Analysts to refine requirements and assist in the development process.
  • Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and take corrective actions.
  • Foster partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams for smooth product development.
  • Coordinate efforts between teams to address dependencies and maximize efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and communicate product plans effectively.
  • Manage expectations and provide regular updates on product development progress.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze product performance data and user feedback for data-driven decisions.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
