About The Position

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Technology Product Management Senior Analyst for its Irving, TX location. The role involves applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. The analyst will integrate Workforce Intelligence and industry expertise within a defined area, requiring an understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function and contribute to the objectives of Workforce Intelligence reporting and data analytics. The position evaluates moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact, requiring the development of approaches and actions that balance various alternatives. Strong analytical skills are necessary to filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources. The role also involves supporting new recruits and assisting Product Owners in delivering reporting and data analytics products, features, and enhancements. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing advanced business analysis and IT product management.
  • Experience in developing business requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and authoring business-critical documents for SDLC compliance.
  • Experience implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) applications focusing on enhancing system performance, usability, and reliability.
  • Experience analyzing project management practices utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience evaluating database requirements and working with data teams to ensure data structures, integrity, consistency, and performance.
  • Experience working on operational issues and incidents in a live environment.
  • Experience assessing risk and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
