About The Position
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Technology Product Management Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. The role involves developing and testing layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers or devices. The analyst will collaborate with web development professionals, such as front-end or back-end developers, to complete the full scope of web development projects. The position requires designing and testing interfaces that facilitate human-computer interaction and maximize the usability of digital devices, websites, and software with a focus on aesthetics and design. Additionally, the analyst will engage in digital tagging projects for the organization’s Consumer Bank business, involving the implementation of third-party marketing tagging and ensuring appropriate configurations and triggers are made in the enterprise tag manager. Responsibilities also include gathering and analyzing business tracking and analytical requirements, documenting necessary tagging strategies, and assisting with implementation, testing, and validation of design. The role requires conducting evaluation and reimplementation of end state site catalyst design, performing implementation of universal data layer and enterprise tag manager throughout the consumer digital environment, and using JavaScript programming to code language used for injecting tagging from the tag manager. The analyst will write code within the enterprise tag manager and perform necessary testing from deployment into production, debug code, and perform appropriate testing of applications using Angular.js and React.js frameworks. The position also involves using digital tracking/analytics tools to collect data about online engagements, synthesizing company-wide data using key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating dashboards and presentations for marketing teams and senior managers. The analyst will plan, design, and implement tagging and digital analytics solutions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
