  • Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and defining evaluation criteria/quality metrics.
  • Vendor evaluation/management experience.
  • Ability to synthesize emerging tech research into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end delivery of AI solutions (discovery through deployment and monitoring), leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio/Power Platform and AWS AI services.
  • Partner with HR&D stakeholders to facilitate AI use case identification, intake, submission, prioritization, and completion of enterprise AI risk and governance steps.
  • Research emerging technologies and trends relevant to workforce technology and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations (pilots, proofs of value, roadmaps).
  • Coordinate vendor engagement activities as needed (e.g., NDAs, technical deep dives, technology showcases) and contribute to comparative assessments.
  • Develop and enhance HR&D workforce technology strategies and implementation plans to meet current and future business needs.
  • Develop targeted communications (presentations, updates, training, and reporting) to share AI direction, progress, and outcomes with stakeholders.
