Gather and analyze data on molding processes: This could involve collecting data from dashboards and reports, performing basic analysis, and identifying potential areas for improvement. Support with troubleshooting and problem-solving during production runs: This may involve assisting with identifying process issues, proposing solutions, and collaborating with technicians to optimize production efficiency. Prepare and maintain basic molding documentation: This includes recording process data, logging observations, and updating machine setup sheets. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols as outlined by the company: This includes following proper personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, practicing safe work habits, and reporting any safety concerns.
