Job Responsibilities The Technology Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Lead (Senior Business Operations Analyst) owns the end‑to‑end technology reporting and analytics capability, with full accountability for creating, governing, and delivering executive‑ and Board‑level reporting. It translates complex, multi‑source performance, investment, and financial data into clear insights and recommendations that inform senior leadership decisions. The role evaluates investment performance and ROI, tracks progress against strategy and forecasts, identifies risks and efficiency opportunities, and drives corrective actions. Partnering cross‑functionally, it sets reporting standards, ensures data quality and reliability, optimizes operating cadence and resource utilization, and leads initiatives from insight to execution to maximize the value of technology and operational investments. This role will work a hybrid model, working in the office in Morrisville 2- 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree required.
  • Proven experience analyzing, interpreting, and synthesizing complex data into measurable, actionable insights and recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including analysis of large data sets, with the ability to own and drive independent cross-functional analyses across multiple online and offline data sources.
  • Experience in Operations support or equivalent roles (e.g. Finance, Business Operations, Strategy, Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, Sales Planning, Ad Operations, or Consulting).
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and present executive-ready reports, dashboards, ROI analysis, forecasts, trends, and recommendations, with the ability to see beyond the numbers and translate insights into clear narratives.
  • Ability to influence without authority and operate as a trusted advisor to internal partners, including senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, including establishing a project vision, coordinating cross-functional partners, and driving work from concept through execution.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; highly accountable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment, work to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and visual communication skills, with comfort communicating complex information to executive and Board-level audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgement.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and controls, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting.

  • Experience working in a digital and technology focused organization.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, ERPs, and related operational or financial support tools.
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar data visualization reporting tools.
  • Some experience with analytical modeling, forecasting, or data optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories using data-driven insights for executive audiences.
  • Experience supporting or helping manage BI or reporting platforms, dashboards, or data pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for analytics or automation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and interpret information that supports executive decision-making, policy formulation, growth projections, and portfolio oversight, with a strong focus on technology investments and operational performance.
  • Own the end‑to‑end reporting and analytics lifecycle, including data sourcing, pipelines, models, dashboards, and access controls, to ensure stable, reliable, and consistent executive reporting outputs.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to produce a comprehensive view of business, financial, and operational performance on weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences.
  • Design, create, and deliver executive‑ready reports, dashboards, and presentations, translating complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Develop recommendations and prepare written and oral presentations that synthesize insights into decisions, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and required actions.
  • Evaluate investment performance and ROI, track progress against strategic objectives and forecasts, and identify root causes behind variances and emerging trends.
  • Implement and maintain data, governance, hygiene and quality processes; proactively monitor accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop performance measurement framework and analytical tools to improve operational efficiency and maximize value realization from technology and operational investments.
  • Coordinate revenue and budgeting processes; establish and maintain high standards for data quality, efficiency, and consistency, and reporting cadence.
  • Establish effective analysis of business trends and end-to-end processes to identify significant variances and underlying driver, recommend corrective actions to management.
  • Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to define reporting standards, best practices and scalable standard operating procedures.
  • Continuously assess resource utilization and capacity and make data-driven recommendations to ensure an optimal and sustainable support model.
  • Lead analytical and reporting initiatives from concept through execution, coordinating stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes with a proactive, execution‑oriented mindset.
