Job Description Role Summary This role provides enterprise‑wide leadership for technology portfolio planning, overseeing how demand, capacity, investment, and delivery data come together to support strategic decision‑making across the technology portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of technology, finance, portfolio management, and workforce planning, ensuring leaders have trusted, integrated insights into priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes. The position manages the technology portfolio management ecosystem with a product‑oriented mindset, setting direction for tools, processes, and data capabilities that enable product‑aligned planning and execution. The role partners closely with senior technology leaders, Finance, HR, and portfolio teams to balance strategic priorities, financial rigor, and delivery realities at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in technology, portfolio management, product management, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of leadership or senior individual contributor experience with enterprise‑level responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for enterprise technology portfolio planning, including demand, capacity, and financial management across product‑aligned initiatives.
  • Set the strategic direction and evolution of portfolio management capabilities, ensuring tools and processes support enterprise planning, governance, and regulatory needs.
  • Ensure integration of portfolio, financial, workforce, and delivery data, enabling accurate forecasting, investment transparency, and executive-level insights.
  • Partner closely with Finance to translate portfolio and delivery data into forecasting, planning, and reporting that supports investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Portfolio, and HR leaders to align people, products, and initiatives for effective enterprise capacity planning.
  • Oversee portfolio analytics and reporting, communicating portfolio health, risks, and tradeoffs to senior and executive audiences.
  • Identify portfolio‑level risks and design solutions that improve outcomes, transparency, and strategic alignment.
  • Support enterprise technology initiatives and executive priorities, serving as a central coordination point for portfolio insights and planning.
