About The Position

The Technology Partnership Manager is key to ensuring execution of our hybrid IT delivery model, blending in-sourced and outsourced services to enhance efficiency and align with business objectives. This role helps ensure seamless execution of our hybrid model by building strong relationships with key vendors, continuously evaluating service performance against our business goals, and facilitating changes as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong day-to-day working relationships with vendor partners to continuously improve service quality and value
  • Manage performance standards and service agreements, serving as the go-to person when issues need executive attention
  • Verify quality, confirm SLAs, and hold vendors accountable when standards are not met
  • Champion innovative service delivery approaches and help expand successful partnerships to new areas
  • Provide regular updates, ideas and escalations to executive leadership
  • Translate business needs into actionable service plans and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Partner with finance and IT leadership to build and maintain business cases that demonstrate value and support decision-making
