We’re looking for a Technology Partner Manager to join Intercom’s high-impact Partnerships team. In this quota-carrying role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with technology partners—unlocking new revenue streams through co-selling and delivering powerful joint solutions to our customers. This role is based in our Chicago office and supports a global remit, including frequent collaboration with our EMEA partners and GTM teams. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Intercom partners with world-class platforms and build the connective tissue that drives customer adoption and company growth. Our Partnerships team is on a mission to make Intercom the most extensible and partner-friendly AI customer service platform in the world.
