The Technology Operations Service Coordinator at Titan Technologies LLC is responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating technology services.   • Manage and prioritize service requests from internal and external clients, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Act as the primary intake point for customer requests via phone, email, and Triage widget.
  • Continuously review the Triage widget for incoming customer requests and triage tickets according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure all customer requests are associated with a work ticket in Autotask and follow consistent ticket coding per SOPs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status and acknowledgment of requests as per Customer Facing SOPs.
  • Maintain all open tickets in Autotask to meet SLA goals and guidelines.
  • Coordinate the assignment, scheduling, and dispatching of technical resources for incident requests, both remote and on-site.
  • Collaborate with management and clients to schedule on-site work and projects based on resource availability.
  • Provide necessary materials and information to technical resources for job success.
  • Create new clients and vendors in Autotask, updating contracts and client information as necessary.
  • Review completed ticket Time Entry data for accuracy and assist management with billing research.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and support services.
  • 3 years of IT project management experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in project coordination
  • Technical knowledge in IT services
  • Experience with Autotask
