In this role, you will possess a strong understanding of memory, standard cell, and GPIO digital and custom design techniques, along with a solid grasp of design rules and tradeoffs. You will exhibit excellent analysis and communication skills, and quickly adapt to changing market needs. You are also experienced with the integration and characterization of IP, as well as creating custom specifications, such as behavioral code and timing templates. You will have experience managing IP vendors, technical features, and schedules through Statements of Work (SOWs), while also unveiling performance, area, and power optimization opportunities, and design risks. You will also be the technical expert responsible for SOW closure, ensuring that specifications and milestones align with product priorities and schedules. You will work with the IPQA team to provide specifications to build flows for proper quality checks and IP intake. You will guide the technology offerings to attain the best PPA for the product.
