Requirements

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams, with a solid background in testing, release management, and driving improvements in product delivery
Excellent oral and written communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management; ability to synthesize large amounts of information, summarize key concepts and articulate relevant issues to senior management
Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau and Alteryx, and experience writing Jira epics and user stories for agile product development
Interest in or foundational knowledge of narrow AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing), with a willingness to learn and explore future applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
Effective problem-solving skills, including issue identification, root cause analysis, and solution recommendation
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies (including Kanban), with experience leading product activities from discovery to delivery
Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, processes and data trends

Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

Understanding of data models and their application in product management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Certification in Product Ownership or Agile (e.g., CSPO, PSPO)

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Supports myInsights Product Manager in the delivery of Data visualization and dashboarding solutions
Collaborates with stakeholders and conduct user research to capture and analyze product feedback
Partners with technology engineering team on solution design and participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Structures and authors requirements as actionable Jira user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Creates and maintains comprehensive product documentation including user guide, process flows, user journey and release notes
Conducts User Acceptance Testing and lead issue resolution
Assists in troubleshooting application issues and collaborate with technology teams to drive improvements
Stays current on developments in AI and proactively identify potential opportunities for future experimentation and integration within our applications
