The Technology Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join our team. This vertical focuses on several key areas: Software, Information & Tech-Enabled Services, Healthcare Technology, Industrial Technology and Robotics & Automation. This position is based out of either our Chicago, IL or New York, NY offices.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
  • Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
