About The Position

The Technology Internship Program at Capital One is a full-time paid internship spanning ten weeks from June through August 2026. Interns are required to be located in the continental United States and attend in-person at their assigned location, following Capital One's hybrid working model. The program evaluates interns for full-time positions within rotational programs, with start dates six months to one year after the internship. Capital One will not sponsor new applicants for employment authorization or offer immigration-related support for this position.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, expected to complete by August 2027.
• Must continue in the same course of study after the internship.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or quantitative discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or mathematics.
• Intermediate to advanced programming skills or experience in languages such as Go, Kotlin, Python, Java, HTML, Swift, PHP, XML, JSON, UML, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripts, Objective C, C#, C/C++, Perl, .net, asp.net, Visual Basic.
