  • Help build the software tools that power CoStar Group’s proprietary CRM platform.
  • Support sales and research teams across leading real estate marketplaces, including Homes.com, CoStar.com, Apartments.com, and LoopNet.com.
  • Contribute to meaningful business initiatives and gain exposure to core software engineering principles.
  • Work alongside full-time engineers and be paired with a dedicated mentor for technical development and career growth.
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not for profit University or College, in computer science or computer/software engineering, or comparable major graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Exposure or experience applying in at least 4 of the following programming languages and technologies: TypeScript, React, Angular, C#, .NET, SQL, Python, Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), NoSQL databases, AI Technologies, ElasticSearch, Distributed/message-based systems (e.g., Kafka).
  • Ability to write understandable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Strong interest in technology and continuous learning, with a passion for building high-quality software.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, internship, or extracurricular experiences.
  • Works well in team environments and collaborates effectively across disciplines.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Understanding of web service and API design (e.g. REST, GraphQL).
  • Coursework in machine learning or data science.
  • Exposure to AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with AI development tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, AWS SageMaker).
  • Capstone or personal projects involving NLP, computer vision, or LLMs.
  • Collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Experience working alongside the best and brightest in the industry.
