Technology Integration Teacher
About The Position
Mt. Mansfield Union High School, in Jericho, Vermont is seeking an energetic and engaging Technology Intergaration Teacher. The Technology Intergration Teacher act as a bridge between technology and pedagogy, helping teachers intergrate digital tools into daily lessons and improving student outcomes. MMUUSD is committed to supporting the success of all learners by eradicating bias in our systems and graduating students with critical literacy and equity literacy skills. Successful applicants will be invested in the success of every learner and expected to engage in continuing capacity building to support diverse learners. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PowerSchool, Schoology, Google Suite and Chromebooks
- Belief that all students can learn
- Commitment to continuing learning and pedagogical development
- Effective communication with students, parents, and peers
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers to design and implement technology-enhanced lessons and projects.
- Teach and model digital citizenship, Safe, ethical and legal use of intormation for students and staff
- Ability to assist staff and students with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Work with the Principal and District Technology Director to help develope long-range technology plans for the school
