The two-year Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across a wide range of front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. The department proactively defends against cyber threats through continuous monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response, while ensuring compliance with stringent financial regulations and industry standards. The Technology – Information Security Analyst is responsible for safeguarding the company’s information assets by monitoring systems, networks, and data for potential security threats and vulnerabilities. This role supports the firm’s cybersecurity framework through proactive threat detection, incident analysis, and vulnerability management, including scanning, remediation tracking, and follow-up. The analyst assists with third-party and internal security assessments, maintains accurate documentation, and helps review and update security policies, procedures, and standards. Additionally, the role collaborates with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity initiatives, contributes to awareness and training campaigns, and identifies opportunities to automate manual processes to enhance efficiency. In today’s rapidly evolving threat landscape, effective security practices are essential to protecting the company’s reputation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining uninterrupted business operations.
